By the order of RA Ministry of Finance, “TM Audit” CJSC performs the works to develop legal acts, supporting the introduction of new regulating and supervising system for accounting and auditing activity fields.

The concept is designed to have a three-level regulating system in RA, by the bodies presented below with functions supported by law

• RA Ministry of Finance, as licensing body for auditing services
• The Chamber of Accountants and Auditors of Armenia, a professional body created by law with fundamental functions of a regulator
• Public Oversight Body, a collective body, supported by functions to supervise the accounting and auditing activities.
